Burn the Taken
An Act 3 side quest offered by Nathaniel Thorn in the southeast of the Blood Grove. Speak with Rallia, a young witch accused of being Aetherial-possessed, then choose whether to save her or let Nathaniel burn her. Saving Rallia unlocks A Familiar Witch in Act 5 when Ashes of Malmouth is installed.
The group is in the southeast Blood Grove, northeast of the Sorrow's Bastion Rift. Your dialogue choice fixes the outcome. Letting Rallia burn forfeits the AoM Act 5 quest A Familiar Witch and its +250 Coven reputation; save her if you want that follow-up.

- ▸If Rallia survives and AoM is installed, A Familiar Witch becomes available from her at Coven's Refuge in Act 5.
