Rhowari Legacy
Rhowari Legacy is a Base Game Rovers faction quest offered by Amkala in Old Arkovia after reaching Honored reputation. Recover two shrine pieces and an Ancient Heart, then restore Mogdrogen's Shrine in Asterkarn Valley. Completion awards one Devotion Point.
The giver and destination are far apart: Amkala is in Act 2, while the shrine is east of the Asterkarn Valley Rift in Act 4. The two quest pieces use randomized ground spawns in Ashen Waste and The Forsaken Wastes; a star appears on the minimap when nearby.
- 1Reach Honored with the Rovers and accept the quest
- ▸Raise Rovers reputation to Honored through quests, bounties, and killing Arkovian Undead.
- ▸Speak with Amkala at the Rovers camp in Old Arkovia and accept Rhowari Legacy.
- ▸If unavailable, check Rovers reputation on the current difficulty. Forgotten Gods and the Conclave of the Three are unrelated.
- 2Find the Runed Stone of Mogdrogen
- ▸Enter Ashen Waste through the Chthonic Rift in the Blood Grove.
- ▸Search the ground for the Runed Stone of Mogdrogen; it uses a randomized spawn point.
- ▸Sweep the area instead of relying on one fixed coordinate, and follow the minimap star that appears nearby.
- 3Collect the Spirit of Mogdrogen and an Ancient Heart
- ▸Enter The Forsaken Wastes through the Chthonic Rift in the Plains of Strife.
- ▸Find the Spirit of Mogdrogen on the ground. Its spawn is randomized and marked by a nearby minimap star.
- ▸Obtain one Ancient Heart from Beasts or use one already held in personal or shared storage.
- 4Restore Mogdrogen's Shrine and speak to the Avatar
- ▸Travel east from the Asterkarn Valley Rift and place all three items into the dormant Shrine of Mogdrogen.
- ▸Defeat all three waves of Chthonic enemies; check around the shrine for stragglers if progress stalls.
- ▸Speak to the Avatar of Mogdrogen to complete the quest and receive one Devotion Point. Provoking him is optional.
If a piece is missing, verify the area: the Runed Stone is in Ashen Waste from the Blood Grove, while the Spirit is in The Forsaken Wastes from the Plains of Strife. Both are randomized ground spawns whose star appears only nearby. The shrine is east of the Asterkarn Valley Rift.
